Service Description
Grab a friend or two for a fun gathering of moms and daughters exploring the ins and outs of periods through conversation, activities, and interactive learning. With an emphasis on accuracy, positive messaging and confidence building but with the undertone of celebration, wisdom, and honoring our bodies. Facilitated by pelvic floor therapist, Brooke Reilly, OTR/L, CLC, PMH-C, PCES of She Thrives Therapy.
